My TWEAKS: I mashed the 3 bananas, then just pressed the additional 2 bananas once (leaving bigger chunks). The butter was replaced with 1/2 cup applesauce and the milk was replaced with low-fat buttermilk. All the wet ingredients were mixed together, then alternated adding the dry mix and the bananas, and folded in the nuts at the end. I baked these in smaller loaf pans(makes 4 - 325* for 40 minutes) and 16 slices stay 4 points. Great results and very moist. Buttermilk is the key!!
