This is a great banana bread. My family loves it. Will definitely make again.

Delicious! Perfect texture. Very brown color throughout the loaf. Used 3 very ripe frozen bananas which when thawed are almost "runny" and 2 very ripe bananas for cutting into chunks. Added 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla. Also substituted 1/4 C Truvia brown sugar blend for 1/2 C regular brown sugar. It was a little difficult to get the butter and sugar fluffy because of the smaller amount of brown sugar. Loaf browned on top quickly in oven but stayed that way throughout the rest of baking.
yummy! however i had no whole wheat flour, so i used regular flour. also, i made 24 muffins and it only needed to bake for 45 minutes!
